Post-Brexit for any products shipped to the United Kingdom with an order value over £135.00, VAT is charged at the country of delivery.If your order is above this value and you receive a VAT bill from HMRC, please Contact Us and we will reimburse the full VAT amount.

Free Returns

Europe, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and UK:
We offer free returns and exchanges when the return value is above €40/$45, and submitted through our Returns Portal.

All Other countries:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, but pre-paid labels are not included.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and must include all original packaging and tags. You can return your order in exchange for another item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. Once your return is received, we strive to process it request within 7 working days.

Lifetime Warranty

VALLON eyewear products, excluding VALLON Rx (prescription), have a Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects. If a product has been damaged during normal wear and tear, we always work to offer a repair option at a reasonable price.

The Lifetime Warranty applies for VALLON eyewear products, excluding Rx (prescription), purchased after November 1st 2023. Products purchased before this date have a 2-year warranty. The VALLON Lifetime Warranty does not apply to the Vizor, extras, or accessories.

Plastic Cleanup Commitment

For every pair of VALLONs sold, 1kg of plastic waste is cleaned up and recycled.

The plastic cleanup program is our way of offsetting our material consumption during production. We want to ensure that even though we create plastic waste, we are recycling more material than we generate. Thanks to VALLON customers, plastic cleanups have been implemented in countries around the world. Following your purchase, you will receive an update detailing the cleanup you helped fund.
