VALLON Corporate Gifting FAQs

VALLON Corporate Gifting experiences allow groups and event attendees to receive premium VALLON eyewear as part of your corporate gifting initiative - either on-site at your event, or by way of a Gift Card to be used on www.vallon.com.

Our gifting experiences are ideal for corporate retreats, ski trips, client appreciation events, team offsites, conferences, and large-scale gatherings.

Our eyewear combines classic style with maximum performance. Each pair is designed for an optimal balance between active use and everyday wear, ensuring your attendees continue using their gift long after the event. Additionally, for every pair sold, 1kg of plastic waste is collected and recycled worldwide.

We support events for groups of 25+ attendees for on-site events, and 10+ recipients for gift cards. If your group is smaller you are welcome to reach out to our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pricing is based on the number of attendees and selected eyewear styles. Styles are priced at a percentage off the current MSRP, and we average the cost of selected styles to create a fixed per-unit price per attendee.

Every pair of VALLON sunglasses includes a protective VALLON case, and microfiber cleaning cloth. Both are included at no additional cost. If a gift card is chosen, then the attendee will be given a physical card wrapped in a leather pouch that can be used to select any style they chose from our website.

Our team brings a curated assortment of VALLON eyewear on-site to your event. Guests can browse, try on, and select their preferred style - creating a fun, interactive, and memorable gifting experience.

Yes. Our VALLON team will staff the activation. Typically, 1-2 staff members are required per 100 attendees, depending on the event timeframe. Depending on location and event duration our staff will require 1-2 nights of accommodation. Clients are responsible for providing accommodation for VALLON staff during the event.

We offer two flexible options:

(1) Drop Shipping - We ship the selected eyewear directly to attendees who were unable to attend. Please note we can only ship to one country per event. We charge a fixed rate for shipping.

(2) Bulk Shipping - Products can be shipped in bulk to one location for distribution. We charge a fixed rate for shipping.

No. The per-unit price remains the same as the in-person event pricing.

These are custom physical gift cards that allow recipients to select any VALLON eyewear from www.vallon.com. This option works especially well for remote teams or hybrid events.

Yes. We offer several customization options to enhance your gifting experience, including:

  1. Custom Microfiber Cleaning Cloths
  2. Custom Protective Leather Pouch

Pricing, lead times, and bespoke design details are available upon request.

Clients are responsible for all freight, duties, and location-specific taxes to and from our nearest distribution center. Our distribution centers are located in the United States and the Netherlands.

We recommend confirming your event 5-6 weeks in advance to ensure product availability, customization options, and event staffing. If you are planning an event at shorter notice, do still feel free to reach out to our team. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
