Polarization is essential on open water in order to eliminate surface glare which makes navigation, reading the water, and spotting hazards significantly harder. Polarised lenses provide greater clarity, less glare and higher contrast on the water.
Yes, the V52® performance lenses on Malizia include a hydro-oleophobic coating that repels water, oil, and grease. Salt spray beads off cleanly rather than smearing the lens surface.
VALLON’s Malizia sunglasses have frames made from 85% recycled fishing nets. For every Malizia pair sold, 10 mangroves are donated to the Malizia Mangrove Park - a conservation project run in partnership with Team Malizia. Across all VALLON purchases, 1kg of plastic is removed from nature per pair sold.
