To open a VALLON wholesale account, the minimum opening order is 18 units in US and Canada, and 20 units for Europe and ROW.
Online sales are considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, we partner with retailers who operate a physical retail location, even if they also sell through their own website.
No, VALLON products cannot be sold on Amazon or other marketplaces without prior approval.
You’ll have direct support from the VALLON team, from onboarding through to re-orders. We also provide access to our b2b-store, where you can easily place orders, view the collection, and access product assets.
Orders ship from our fulfillment centers worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be shown during checkout or provided by the VALLON team.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination.
For payment terms, we offer standard net 60 for all new orders and reorders.

Wholesale orders are typically non-returnable, but we’ll always work with retailers if there is a product issue.
Yes. Approved retailers receive access to product photography, brand assets, and merchandising materials to support in-store and online sales.
