Free Returns

*For all orders in November, the return period has been extended from the standard 30 days until 31 December 2025 to allow for returns and exchanges of gifts.

Europe, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and UK:
We offer free returns and exchanges when the return value is above €40/$45, and submitted through our Returns Portal.

All Other countries:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, but pre-paid labels are not included.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and must include all original packaging and tags. You can return your order in exchange for another item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. Once your return is received, we strive to process it request within 7 working days.
