Free Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, and must include all original packaging and tags. You can return your order in exchange for another item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. Once your return is received, we strive to process it request within 7 working days.

Europe, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and UK:
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days, when the return value is above €40/$45, and submitted through our Returns Portal.

All Other countries:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, but pre-paid labels are not included.
