Application Requirements
Thank you for expressing interest in the VALLON Pro Deal. Please review the following sections and criteria to assess your eligibility and the documentation needed for the application.
Individual applicants must furnish personal documentation (as listed below) demonstrating qualifications for the program.
Employment verification, along with other requested documentation, is typically required annually.
Remember, in addition to demonstrating the necessity of our gear for your job, you should also showcase your potential as a valuable marketing and public relations asset for VALLON, and our retail partners.
Pro Purchase Application Categories & Required Documentation
Avalanche Association Instructors, Members, or Forecasters
- Avalanche Association Instructors, Members, or Forecasters can qualify with either PAID or VOLUNTEER status
- Copy of certifications

- Letter of endorsement from your organization stating that you are active during operational season
Lifeguards
- USLA, ISL, RLSS, NVBLQ, or equivalent
- Copy of Certifications
- Proof of paid status (Active/Current and up-to-date)

Mountain and Wilderness Search and Rescue
- Mountain and Wilderness Search and Rescue can qualify with either PAID or VOLUNTEER status
- Copy of Certifications or licences

Mountain and Wilderness Patrol and Safety Professionals
- Mountain and Wilderness Patrol and Safety Professionals can qualify with either PAID or VOLUNTEER status

Mountain Guides (Certified by IFMGA, IVBV, UIAGM, ACMG, AMGA or equivalent)

- Proof of paid guiding status (Active/Current and up-to-date)
- Letter of endorsement from your organization stating that you are actively guiding (preferably FULL TIME) during operational season

Outdoor Education Instructors and Programmers (Sailing, Fishing, Surfing, Cycling, Wilderness Medicine and other applicable sports/activities)
- Programmers: Must offer a range of programs in the following areas: climbing, mountaineering, backcountry ski and snowboarding, surfing, sailing, fishing or cycling for an accredited/recognized outdoor organization
- Programmers: Program-related documents (e.g. schedules or course descriptions)

- Copies of Certifications e.g. AORE, AMGA, ACA, WEA, RYA or equivalent

Outdoor Industry Partners (Partners, Retail Partners, and Outdoor Industry Brands)
- Applicable to Partners, Retail Partners, and Brands associated with Mountaineering, Hiking, Climbing, Skiing and Snowboarding, Sailing, Fishing, Surfing, Cycling, Motorcycling, and Running. (The majority of the core offering must be aligned with VALLON’s core sports and activities)
- A reciprocal deal of equal or greater value must be provided to VALLON Employees

Pisteurs and Ski Resort Employees

Professional Competitive Skippers and Sailors
- Copy of Certifications or licences

Professional Ski and Snow Instructors (PSIA, AASI, BASI, CSIA, NZSIA, ACA-CSC, USSA, or equivalent)
- PSIA, AASI, BASI, CSIA, NZSIA, ACA-CSC, USSA, or equivalent
- Copy of Certifications
- Proof of paid instructor status (Active/Current and up-to-date)
- Link to the company/organisation website detailing your operation
- Letter of endorsement from your organization stating that you are actively instructing (preferably FULL TIME) during operational season

Rangers and Conservation Officers
- Copy of Certifications or licences

Ski & Snow Patrol
NSP Certified
- NSP Certified Patrollers (or equivalent) can qualify with either PAID or VOLUNTEER status
- NSP card (or equivalent) with valid date of expiry

Pro Purchase Guidelines
Pro Program Regulations
Your Pro account is intended solely for the personal procurement of equipment.
The Pro discount is capped at a maximum value of €1000 MSRP per year. Exceeding this limit will lead to expulsion from the program.
Exercise discretion when utilising your Pro discount.
Direct potential customers to local stores or the VALLON website.
Items acquired through the Pro Program are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit.
Unless explicitly mentioned, Pro orders do not qualify for complimentary shipping.
Sharing account information is prohibited, as orders are for personal use only.
Subscribing to VALLON Pro emails is a mandatory aspect of membership.
Certain products may be exempt from discounts, and the discount percentage may vary based on the product category.
IMPORTANT: Membership in the VALLON Pro Program is strictly for personal use. VALLON reserves the right to terminate membership if there is evidence of abuse of program benefits.
GDPR CLAUSE
By submitting this registration form for the VALLON B.V. Pro-Deal Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This includes, but is not limited to, your full name, email address, contact number, company name (if applicable), industry/profession, and professional certification.
VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS
In order to verify eligibility for the Pro-Deal Program, you may be required to submit additional documentation, such as professional IDs, certifications, or business licences. Such documents will be processed solely for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for the program.
DATA SECURITY
VALLON B.V. is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal information. Appropriate technical and organisational measures will be implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
DATA RETENTION
Your personal information will be retained for the duration of your participation in the Pro-Deal Program and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by applicable laws. You have the right to request the deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].
SHARING OF INFORMATION
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required for the purposes of verification, compliance with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.
YOUR RIGHTS

PERSONAL USE ONLY
Participation in the Pro-Deal Program is strictly for personal use. Participants are prohibited from acquiring products to family members or friends. Participants are prohibited from reselling or commercially exploiting the pro-deal discounts. Violation of this condition may result in immediate termination from the program.
VERIFICATION PROCESS
You understand and consent to the verification process outlined in the registration form, which may require the submission of additional documentation to confirm your eligibility for the Pro-Deal Program.
CHANGES TO PROGRAM TERMS
VALLON B.V reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Pro-Deal Program, including discount rates, eligible products/services, and other program-related details. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
VALLON B.V reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Pro-Deal Program at its discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, providing false information, misuse of pro-deal discounts, or violation of program terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VALLON B.V. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Pro-Deal Program, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or personal injury.
NO WARRANTY
VALLON B.V. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Pro-Deal Program, including the availability of discounts, the accuracy of information, or the suitability of products/services. The program is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Pro-Deal Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

Information provided by VALLON B.V. including but not limited to product recommendations or usage suggestions, is not intended as professional advice. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice if needed, especially in the case of medical or health-related products.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in the Pro-Deal Program, participants acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with the use of the products. This includes but is not limited to risks of injury, harm, or damage to mental or physical well-being.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall VALLON B.V. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of products obtained through the Pro-Deal Program, including damages for mental distress or physical injury.
