ABOUT THE DESIGN
We have partnered with Boris Herrmann and Team Malizia to develop the ultimate sailing sunglasses made from sustainable materials. 85% of the frame is made from recycled fishing nets, transformed into a durable nylon 6 material for maximum longevity. Equipped with our polarized V52® lenses known for their exceptional clarity, and constructed with a base 8 wraparound curve, Malizia offer ultraclear sharpness and maximized peripheral vision. They come with a Sport Retainer and a protective case with a clip-on hook.
Team Malizia are sailing to raise awareness for climate change. For every pair sold we will be donating 10 mangroves to the Malizia Mangrove Park.

OPTICS
V52® lens technology
Our new V52® lenses have an exceptional optical clarity far surpassing industry-standard performance lenses. With an ABBE value of 52, they have less distortion and offer better vision than polycarbonate or Trivex materials. The V52® lenses are also 20% lighter, with excellent impact resistance for added safety and 100% UVA/B protection. The polarization filter leads to reduced glare and enhanced contrasts for even sharper vision on water, and the lenses are both oil and water repellent.
MATERIALS
Made from recycled fishing nets
The frame is made from 85% recycled fishing nets collected and cleaned in India, and transformed into a strong, durable nylon 6 material, ensuring high-performance capabilities from sustainable and recyclable materials. By making a purchase we will also plant 10 mangroves at the Malizia Mangrove Park.
PACKAGING
Protective case
Malizia come protected in a case equipped with both a clip-on hook and belt straps. A red sport retainer is included to keep your sunglasses safely secured even on the choppiest of waters. They are delivered plastic free in our VALLON box.
