RETURNS:
We want you to love your VALLONs and believe that you shouldn't buy things you don't need or won't use. That is why we offer free returns* for up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be returnable in original condition. This means returned items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Sending the item back without the packaging will incur a penalty.
*Free returns is applicable from Europe and USA. Please note free returns only apply if you use our return portal to receive a label. If you ship back an item at your own expense this will not be reimbursed.
Please note any express shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount being refunded.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, we strive to process your refund/exchange request within 14 days.
After a refund has been processed, it depends on your bank's processing time for the amount to reflect in your account statement.
I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?
If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll do our best to make it right.
